Features:

Transfer/isolate/convert alarm contact state Output is enabled after selectable alarm state duration to alarm functions.
adjustable alarm delay - 0.5 to 32 minutes.
Standard 9v alkaline battery, one year normal operation.
Battery monitor forces output to alarm state when battery needs replacement.
Latches alarm indication until reset.
Select input and output alarm condition independently as normally open or closed.
Optional beeper and power supply to enable use as a remote alarm.

If you have a remote electronic temperature monitor alarm system connected to a telephone dialer or a central monitoring system or service, you will immediately recognize the value of Hampshire Controls' ADM (Temperature Monitor Alarm Delay Module). The Model ADM will save you a night's sleep - and/or an expensive service call - by ending false monitor alarms without jeopardizing alarm monitoring function!

This monitor alarm system allows you to set a time period that must be completed with the alarm continuously present "before" the alarm is actually sent to the dialer or supervisory system. Thus, a transitory condition ( such as a short power interruption) that quickly corrects itself before the selected time-out, will not result in an unnecessary phone call or a charge for a response that was unneeded.

The over and under temperature monitor alarm Model ADM operates in the alarm state until the user resets it. A flashing LED indicates the transient alarm condition.
