Product Overview:

The MPS Series is a 2, 3 or 4-channel temperature monitoring system is a NIST calibrated and traceable system. It includes user-adjustable high/low temperature deviation alarm notification and can be optionally converted into a data logger and alert notification system.

MPS Series systems are highly accurate and reliable systems designed for use in labs, hospital and food storage. Best of all, they are very easy to setup and intuitive to operate. Once your sensors are optimally positioned, you can confidently monitor your process with great precision.

The MPS 2, 3 and 4 (for 2, 3 or 4 temperature sensor probes respectively), offer real-time monitoring and high/low condition alert notification of each sensor (optionally one humidity sensor can be used in place of one temperature sensor - consult factory).

NOTE 1: A NIST certificate of calibration is provided with each shipped system. We can also conduct yearly NIST calibration of your system if you cannot do so yourself.

NOTE 2: Both version systems can be used in a "stand-alone" mode or can optionally integrated into our AMS PC-based, Ethernet LAN network data logger software. This configuration allows network-level SQL data logging with alarm condition notification for process documentation compliance and SPC.

NOTE 3: Consult factory for temperature-only configurations with up to 8 sensor channels.

Primary Applications:

Within standard and ultra low temperature freezers for initial cold storage of vaccines and other temperature sensitive biological materials.

Within multiple blood bank and hospital fridge/freezer systems for distribution cold storage of whole blood and plasma and vaccines.

Within one or more walk-in coolers used in restaurants and grocery stores.

For monitoring of industrial manufacturing equipment and processes

Wherever NIST temperature calibration and traceability are required.

Auto Dialer: (Model AD 2000) Dials a phone/pager to immediately provide alarm notification whenever a set alarm level is triggered.

Remote Alarm Delay Module (Model ADM 215 with Audible & Visual Alarm Indication).

Ungrounded thermocouple (type "T") with 3-inch stainless steel sheath and 10-foot lead (custom lengths available)..

Ungrounded thermocouple (type "K") with 6-inch stainless steel sheath and 10-foot lead (custom lengths available).

4-ounce product thermal mass simulator bottle (filled with glass beads).
